KMOG shall submit a Communitization Agreement to the BLM prior to drilling operations for a well within the Application Lands.
3. Applicant is subject to the findings made and approval of Order No. 407-3660, attached to this Order as Exhibit 4, which established one approximate 1,296.52-acre drilling and spacing unit for the Application Lands, and approved up to 10 horizontal wells within the units, and was approved by the Commission on October 9, 2024.
