Each such drilling unit shall be the E1/2 and W1/2 or the N1/2 and S1/2 of each section according to the governmental survey thereof and the permitted well for each drilling unit shall be located in the NW1/4 and SE1/4 of each section and no closer than 990 feet to the boundaries of the quarter section upon which it is located. A well in the area described as the W1/2 Section 14; W1/2 Section 23; and the W1/2 Section 26 T. 2S. R. 62W. and in a location in accordance with the spacing pattern established by Order 251 1 to test the "J" Sand and may be completed for production of gas and associated hydrocarbons from the "J" Sand as an exception upon filing with the Director of evidence establishing specified information as set forth in this order. |
