No well shall be completed in the spaced area, and no application for permit to drill shall be approved, unless well is located on a designated drilling unit of 320 acres in which unit all interests of owners are consolidated by a pooling agreement or otherwise, and no other well is completed or approved for completion in the same pool. Each drilling unit shall be the E2 and W2 or the N2 and S2 of each full section. Permitted well shall be located no closer than 990 feet from outer boundary of drilling unit. Exception is granted for the #1 Price well located 660 FSL and 660 FWL of Section 14 T4S R60W 6th PM. Said well shall be the permitted well for the drilling unit upon which it is located. |
