1. Order No. 535-253 is hereby amended to provide that it is applicable only to the Slickrock 2-17-11-60 ST Well (API 05-123-36034). No further wells shall be drilled in the approximate 1,280-acre drilling and spacing unit pooled by Order No. 535-253. The Slickrock 2-17-11-60 ST Well shall continue to pay to the approximate 1,280-acre drilling and spacing unit pooled by Order No. 535-253. Upon the plugging and abandonment of the Slickrock 2-17-11-60 ST Well, Order No. 535-253 shall be deemed vacated.
2. An approximate 1,280-acre drilling and spacing unit established by Order No. 535-195 for Sections 17 and 18, Township 7 North, Range 60 West, 6th P.M., is hereby amended to include the Fort Hays, Codell, and Carlile Formations, in addition to the Niobrara Formation, for the below-described lands, and 11 additional horizontal wells within the unit, for a total of up to 17 horizontal wells within the unit are approved for the production of oil, gas, and associated hydrocarbons from the Niobrara, Fort Hays, Codell, and Carlile Formations:
