An approximate 1,280-acre drilling and spacing unit for DSU No. 1 is hereby established, and eight horizontal wells are hereby approved within the unit, for the production of oil, gas and associated hydrocarbons from the Niobrara, Fort Hays, Codell, and Carlile Formations with productive interval of the wellbores located no closer than 300 feet from the unit boundaries and no closer than 150 feet from the productive interval of any other wellbore located in the same common source of supply, unless authorized by Rule 401.c or Rule 408.u, as applicable.
An approximate 960-acre drilling and spacing unit for DSU No. 2 is hereby established, and seven horizontal wells are hereby approved within the unit, for the production of oil, gas and associated hydrocarbons from the Niobrara, Fort Hays, Codell, and Carlile Formations with productive interval of the wellbores located no closer than 300 feet from the north, south, and west unit boundaries, no closer than 100 feet from the east unit boundary, and no closer than 150 feet from the productive interval of any other wellbore located in the same common source of supply, unless authorized by Rule 401.c or Rule 408.u, as applicable.
The proposed wells shall be located on the approved Timbro 0101 Location (Location ID 468727), unless the Director grants an exception.
