Orders

• Commission orders are searchable by Cause and Order Number, Location, Field, or Formation.
• A search will bring up a synopsis for a particular Cause, the Order generated by the Commission, and the Hearing Files supporting that action.

Forms

• All are available as Adobe Acrobat documents that can be downloaded, completed, printed and mailed; some are available as Excel and Word documents.
• Most forms are being migrated to Online electronic form management. After logging in to eForms, the user may complete the form on-line without submitting a paper copy.
• Some example and instruction documents are viewable.

Staff Rpt

• Current and previous staff reports are viewable here. Reports are prepared prior to each Commission Hearing and include public outreach, statistics and summaries of important events.

Permits

• Link to pending Permit to Drill and Location Assessment Permit applications.
• Instructions for making public comments on these applications.
• Links to Permits to Drill and Location Assessments that have ben approved within the past year. All approved permits, including those older than 12 months, may also be found in the Database

Database

• This application enables users to query well, production, and operator information. These queried databases contain the most current set of data and are updated throughout the day.

Local Gov

• List of Participating Local Government Designees (LGD)
• Search for Oil and Gas Activity
• Local Government Liaison (LGL) information for LGDs.

Images

• This application is an interface to the COGCC’s historical paper files. All well files, logs, and hearing files have been scanned. This application is not user friendly and the preferred method is to use the database queries and click on the “docs” icon for wells and other facilities, or to use the Orders application.

• This interactive map application allows the user to zoom, pan, and select types of information to display.
